It’s National Doughnut Day people!!! Have you ever heard of such a thing?!
I’m not a huge doughnut fan myself, but if I HAVE to choose one, then it is the maple bar. BUT, I only eat the top off of it!:-)

I don’t like donuts. But I LOVE maple scones! By the way, I wonder why they’re called donuts? Was it dough nuts in the beginning? Was the nut part the unmentionable fat and sugar that go along with the dough? Or maybe what you say after you’ve eaten too many. “Oh nuts”. Maybe some one knows.

hmmm, I have never actually had a krisy Kreme, but i would venture to guess that I probably would eat the middle out first! HA!!

you put a maple bar in the microwave 5-8 seconds, ooh so gooey.
got to start from the center of the maple bar to the ends and eat all the frosting off, bread optional. if you eat the bread, one coffee sitting by to dip.
How dare you do this too me!!! I’m on a no carb diet.
