It’s been a hard year…I’m coming out of the rubble….
Lessons are few, feeling changes are subtle…..
but everyday…..
~Sara Groves
ahh people. how you have so quickly worked your way into my heart!
What shall I say? I wish for more, but there is work to be done.
I have an amazing team of women that I am priveledged to teach, coach , train, lift up, and see SAIL!! A team of women that are counting on me….nothing like ‘reverse’ accountablity!
I know you only know a small part of “Storie’s Story”, but I am coming out of a very long winter….probably one of my hardest…of which I have taken a hiatus from my work to process, and work through some very deep issues and losses.
I kind of look at it like extrication, or excavation….at any rate, I have tilled, toiled, examined, scraped….
you get the idea.
and now….it is time for me to go to work.
I am in the process of trying to schedule my blogging time….a time to post, and a time to respond, and a time to comment. Pray for me!! ha ha ha :–)
I gain so much from all of you, and am so blessed to have met you.
Well, don’t go anywhere for too long! We’re just getting started with you, you know! This is how great records are made, you know! And if I can sneak in a peak between jobs at this hour then you can sneak in a peak between the breezes in your sailing adventures!
You are too sweet Nor!
I’m not leaving, just re-evaluating my time.
So great having you back!:-)
Great to be back!
Storie, what a great blog you have here!
How are you doing?
Excavation says it for me…slow, tedious and deep.
I’m glad to hear you’re coming out of your winter. Spring always feels much nicer to me.
I’ll be making my regular stop, I do hope you find the time to write.
Adam
Storie, I have enjoyed all the songs and stories you have shared with me on your blog. I also know what a precious commodity time is. Perhaps a 28 hour day would help.
I look forward to reading more of your thoughts about life, whenever you have the time to post them.
Storie,
Sounds like you will be fine. You have a gift for words. Keep writing!
Cort, hey buddy…I sent you an email. SO GREAT hearing from you…I wish we all lived closer.
hugs to you!

When I read what you wrote:
“Excavation says it for me…slow, tedious and deep.”
I couldn’t help but think, “deep cries out to deep”
I know you get it:-)
TRN,

you are so kind….OK….so I will keep writing… I just have to be on a schedule. ick!
Thank you for your encouragment!
Ed,
Ahhh….you get it, don’t you? Thank you for “releasing me” to take care of business. You worked hard for many years….you understand.
I will keep writing….
did you get my note to you about the music?
I can’t say any more than that!
Barney,
I am adding you to my blog roll! I always visit you through pen and inklings…I really enjoy your site.
Thanks for stopping in on my little corner of life.
Storie
